| Sally Neely's Great Uncle Bud, the traveling piano salesman. Her grandmother's younger brother, William Jasper Morgan, would load up a piano into his wagon, driving around Christian County and Macon County areas. He'd pull into a farmyard, uncover the piano and start to play some tunes. As a crowd would gather, he'd make his sales pitch. If it was a Saturday night, he'd tell the farmer to invite their neighbors and friends, and he'd play for them to dance. No idea how many pianos were sold, but he really enjoyed his work.
