  • I still don't know why these photos are in the Kline collection, i.e., how these people are related. I haven't found their mother's maiden name yet. She is Catherine (Mrs John) Johnston, sometimes called Kate and sometimes called "Laney". Submitted by Deborah J Kline

  • I still haven't figured out how the Vancils are related, other than that the maiden name of their mother Miriam (Jan 1851-) was Bond. Her other name may have been Judy. There is another photo in this collection of Frank Kline's mother before she was married, Mary C "Kate" Lloyd (Mrs William H Jr) Kline, with a "Lina Bond", who I believe was born Angelina and subsequently married a Willis Wooddall and had children with him in Christian County. Angelina had a sister Judy born the same year as Miriam whose existence I can't find before she was Andrew Vancil's wife. Submitted by Deborah J Kline
